Returns

The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging.

Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service, ensuring it is well protected and packaged.
